do you feel part of a generation?
I do feel part of a generation. I have been interested for a long time in the idea that this feeling can have a motivational power within and upon a community. I feel we can look at ways to harness the romantic sway that comes from surrounding yourself with those that are desirous of everything at the same time. Maybe we can construct endless contexts and arenas for that sense of belonging to each other and turn the excitement that comes from it into fuller ways of living together and alone. But then of course it can be very dangerous to run too far in one direction.
